Most new Samsung devices manufactured after July 2013 and Samsung devices running Android version 4.4 (KitKat)
Are subject to REGION LOCKING. If your phone has been used previously with the original carrier, this does not apply to you.
However, if your device is brand new, your must activate it with the original carrier.
For example, if your Samsung phone is from AT&T you must activate it with AT&T SIM card on AT&T network
Before using the unlock codes we provide. In order for your Samsung device NOT to be region locked,
You MUST activate (first use) your S3, S4, S5, NOTE 2 or NOTE 3 with your ORIGINAL carrier at least ONCE
This will turn your region lock OFF. After your region lock is off, you can SIM unlock your device via unlock code provided.
Also, rooted phones may need to be restored to a factory ROM before using unlock code.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Make sure to turn OFF Wi-Fi under "Wireless Connections"
Before proceeding to enter your unlock code. Also, make sure the phone is NOT on Airplane Mode
Our Samsung codes are always 100% accurate if you provided correct IMEI. Therefore, a video proof will be required if code error occurs.
What to do if you get the "Network Unlock Unsuccessful" message? This is a known issue so not to worry.
